Items

The Items screen is used to manage information related to the individual parts that make up a complete piano. Any single distinct part that may either be replaced or require restoration work is represented as an Item.

• Items list
  • Description
    A unique description of the Item. This can be up to 255 characters long.
• Suppliers list
  • Purchaser
    Filters the list to show only information about Items that have been supplied to the selected Person.
  • Type
    Filter the list to show only information about Items supplied on Transactions of the selected Transaction Type.
  • Supplier
    The From Person associated with Transactions on which the Item has been transferred. This is most commonly a seller or service provider.
  • Last Cost
    The unit dollar amount or time on the most recent Transaction involving the Item that transferred inventory. In cases where the Item was supplied as part of a set represented by a Line Group on the Transaction, its unit amount is calculated in the same was as the To Unit Amount column of the Transactions screen.

    Web URL that should be followed when the image is clicked. This link will open in a separate window or tab
