This
is a value that uniquely identifies the particular Assembly. Any unique alphanumeric value of up to 255
characters can be used.
Type
Indicates the
Assembly Type that serves as a template for the Assembly.
Owner
Shows the
Person who currently owns the Assembly. Ownership is determined by Transactions that transfer inventory as
defined by the Transaction Type. If more than one Person currently owns Items from a single Assembly, the Person who
owns the majority of the Items is shown by default. Typically, only one Person would own an Assembly and multiple
owners indicates an error in one of the Transactions.
Items list
Description
Unique description of the Item.
Qty Needed
Indicates the number of Item units required by the
Assembly as defined by its Assembly Type.
Qty Included
Shows the number of Item units currently assigned
to the Assembly and owned by the Person indicated in the Assembly's row of the Assemblies list. If more than one
Person owns Items associated with the Assembly, alternate owners can be selected in the Owner column of the
Assemblies list. Items can only be added to and removed from Assemblies through Transactions.
